Head to Toe has also attained and was awarded the government's Healthcare Standards Certificate. This is the most rigorous quality control procedure available to beauty salons who offer IPL or other ‘clinical’ type services. Very few beauty salons choose to, or have achieved this standard, and we are proud to be one of the few in Oxfordshire to have gained this certificate when it was a statutory requirement.
