Created to design and implement bespoke solutions for our partners, delivering value for money and good practice in partnership with District Homes and Travis Perkins Managed Services.
The framework was created to offer an alternative to existing frameworks, with greater emphasis on value for money, account management and operational flexibility through the development of a three-tier model.
- Tier One: Materials only – using the existing Travis Perkins branch network at a pre-agreed price
- Tier Two: Managed or Dedicated Store – your own dedicated facility, this can be an existing or new Travis Perkins site or your own premises
- Tier Three: Additional Services – added value services such as automated stock replenishment, unmanned stores, emergency out of hours coverage, bespoke delivery solutions, delivery tracking, enhanced IT and reporting arrangements
A single supplier agreement was the preferred route for this framework. Following an extensive selection process, Pretium selected Travis Perkins Managed Services as the service provider to the framework. Established by Travis Perkins Group, the Managed ServiNces Division provides bespoke client solutions for all group brands.
